JUNK MANAGER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions are by and between 1-800-GOT-JUNK? and the customer (the “Customer”) who purchases the Junk Manager container service (“Junk Manager”) offered through 1-800-GOT-JUNK?
Please read the following carefully before purchasing Junk Manager. By purchasing Junk Manager, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Service and Selection
Upon purchase of Junk Manager and receipt of payment by 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, Customer shall be entitled to the drop off of an empty container, one (1) pickup of a full container with a fully closed lid (Customer may not overflow container), and the rental of the container which must be returned to 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in good condition. At the time of purchase Customer shall select its container and drop off option: in person or contactless. In person means that 1-800-GOT-JUNK? will directly deliver the container and meet the Customer at their residence during the appointment slot selected by the Customer. Contactless means that 1-800-GOT-JUNK? will deliver and drop off the container at the Customer’s residence by leaving it at their door without any interaction with the Customer. Please note that if the contactless delivery option is selected, under no circumstances shall 1-800-GOT-JUNK? be liable in the event that the container is stolen and/or damaged at any time after drop off.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Junk Manager container must be picked up by 1-800-GOT-JUNK? from the Customer’s residence within 120 days from the date of purchase. In the event that the Junk Manager container is not picked up within 120 days for any reason, Customer forfeits the right to the pickup and its deposit of $39.
2. Term and Non-cancellation
The term for Junk Manager shall be for a period of up to 120 days from the date of purchase. Customer acknowledges and agrees that once purchased, there are no cancellations or refunds permitted for Junk Manager under any circumstances (including for the Customer’s deposit if pickup does not happen within 120 days from the date of purchase). If the Customer moves at any time during the term after purchase of Junk Manager and delivery of the container, they may still be entitled to the pickup of the full container provided their new address is within the original service area as determined by 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in its sole discretion. If the Customer moves to a different service area (e.g. to a different city or state) after purchase of Junk Manager and delivery of the container as determined by 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in its sole discretion, Customer forfeits the right to the pickup of the full container and the return of its deposit.
3. Fees and Payment
The cost for the medium Junk Manager container shall be USD $128 exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is done online only and is fully due up front. The cost includes a refundable deposit of USD $39 for the container. If the container is returned broken, dirty or in a condition that is not usable as determined by 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in its sole discretion, the Customer forfeits the right to the deposit. If the container is returned in good condition as determined by 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in its sole discretion, the Customer shall receive the deposit back within 30 days following return of the container.
4. Communication
All communications regarding Junk Manager shall be through the contact information used by the Customer at the time of purchase. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to keep all contact information up to date.
5. Changes to Terms and Conditions
1-800-GOT-JUNK? reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion, and without notice, to modify, alter, or update these terms and conditions at any time.

7. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all services, information and materials in connection with Junk Manager are provided “as is”, and 1-800-GOT-JUNK? expressly disclaims any and all other warranties, express or implied in connection with Junk Manager.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will the aggregate liability of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? arising out of or in relation to Junk Manager under any action, claim, suit, complaint or otherwise exceed the total fees paid for Junk Manager by the Customer.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Customer resides.
10. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions sets forth the entire understanding of the parties with respect to Junk Manager and supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements and understandings, whether oral or in writing, relating solely to Junk Manager.
